SAM-e for anxiety and depression?
Is it good product? I took fish oil, GABA, St. John's Wort St. Basil, the amino acid complex, Magnolia, Ashwagandha, Melissa, Valerian, Passion Flower, L-theanine, High Niacinamide … Gotu Kola …. I could go on and on .. High vitamin B complex that many of these feel much more depressed and less anxiety or nervousness and depression less … .. Spaced I do not know what to do. Always I am sorry I can not concentrate and have low moods when you think about it and can easily obtain panic attacks I feel like im much warning. I heard mixed SAM-E opinionson some say creates a sense of euphoria, but may increase anxiety but I want to feel euphoric .. lol I tried to run andexercising but can not get my great feeling.
SAM-e could reduce their depression, but I think it could cause more anxiety on the basis of antidepressant effects.
