Some may think that this difference of opinion, people come from different commitment levels of their attempts to stop smoking marijuana and that is something good, but the circumstances people are the greatest effects on people launch opportunities from its dependence on weed, and many problems that call for roadblocks.

A barrier is a something that we think can not pass an insurmountable obstacle ahead in our efforts to move forward and it seems that a user tries to stop marijuana to a point that can not go beyond what has simply turn and return the same way, because there is no barrier nothing. A few examples I've seen are:

  • Be very important when you stop smoking pot
  • Attacks panic
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Nightmares
  • Lack of support from family and friends
  • social ostracism
  • … And much more!

The reductions I like to think of floor is divided into two categories and the need for different approaches.

A moderator does not move just to slow you down, are rough and sometimes seems to come from afar can not get on them until it approaches and try to realize that they are not so bad! The only way to know is to monitor the situation closely and work on just push through it and has been the fear of failure stop you not to give up smoking pot is no real danger.

Barriers
A real obstacle is something you can not go beyond, or if you try you end up destroying itself or something (or someone else). Often separate mental health problems or extreme social issues can become real problems in trying to understand how to stop smoking pot and looks like the end. Obviously you can not only feed from here, but there are other things you can do. Following the analogy of the road could be a little work we could see our way to stop smoking marijuana as a straight line with speed bumps and sometimes an obstacle to the end of our trip, but what if there was another way? And if we could turn back or remove the barrier of the barrier different way than trying to roll over? The real secret to avoid the roadblocks is to not deal with them in mind if you lose, try to find a different way to think differently and new approaches to the problem or, sometimes, to realize that this barrier may have to be removed to achieve what our metaphorical car and the resolution of this first issue.

In Part 2 on the way smoking grass enough: avoid the obstacles that I will have some examples I've seen better understanding.
