The idea that this could happen scares me. I do not want to live my life for fear of the inevitable, but I do not want to live my life thinking that the inevitable must be something terrible. I know it's probably impossible to get rid completely, but I would like at least some of my thoughts, instead of consumption. And do not say "the only way to get rid of him to die." Darren: That is a much different phenomenon. Its called a “hypnic jerk.” It occurs before you fall asleep and is quite common and harmless. that dream you imagined never occured. Your brain abhors a vacuum, so it will instantly tie imagery cosnistent with the situation into your memory. This is a retroactive process. Its neat, and weird, but nothing to worry over.
