I anxiety and severe depression and I know exactly what you mean. I can take my Lexapro and Klonopin for depression and anxiety I also take of Ambien at night to help me sleep and I feel I'm dying over. perhaps a therapy to help overcome stress and fear of death. that could help. and let your spouse so that you can help, and give you the support you need.
