Can you give me panic attacks?

My friend has panic attacks and I will be with her and her twin sister. Suddenly, his sister Matt will be like "You're a panic attack, right?" and are not nothing wrong with my friend. So what exactly happens to a person when they attack Panic? Why? While on the subject is accepted! Thank you guys.

You can not breathe, or just freak out, u think ur all know that. I'ts horrible start sweating and Hyper-U ventatlating. U just want out!
