panic attacks driving over bridges

Every time I cry, it becomes a panic attack. Why? And what do I do?
Every time I cry, it becomes a panic attack and are usually pretty bad. I know that when you just seem to be deteriorating lately and more often. I have no anxiety, as driving on a bridge but I'm feeling a bit stressed. There are times I can feel the tension in my body, then, is the top of my attacks. I just started to have panic attacks when I started college a year ago and still only received them. What should I do? or what kind of doctor should I see? Or what I do to be a lot? I read something about the blood sugar. Any thoughts or advice? thank you:)
a psychiatrist can help develop ways to learn to cope with stress. They teach relaxation techniques you can do when you feel the attacks coming from. Hypo-or hyperglycemia is associated with high or low blood sugar and has nothing to do with panic attacks.
