What can be done for my anxiety and panic disorders?

I have anxiety disorder. I'm constantly clenched jaw, and also my hands are always in the headlines and never relaxed. I panic as if I am preparing to go somewhere I'll start to sweat and get sick your stomach. As a panic attack. My mother said to see a doctor. Do not really understand what the doctor can do for me?
