    Panic attacks are a living hell.

    Any technique that can help you overcome the fear of fear is worth its weight in gold.

    The thing is to be able to have something to use before the panic gets too bad, before you spiral right down, so it’s definitely worth investigating some of the great techniques around and learning them ’til they’re second nature, then you’re invulnerable to the attacks and they start lessening really quickly.
