I have chest pains and shortness of breath, panic attacks, even at rest?

Ive had panic disorder since November and they spoil it. Ive had about 4 panic attacks bad, but every day I feel anxious. Ive had this dyspnoea and chest pain for a week now. i get them in the night mainoly, but it happens when I think of them. but during the day does not bother me and I think something wrong with your lungs or heart. well, but about 2 months, I test my paramedics heat rate and everything was fine, even. but then I felt worse about a week later and went Then the doctors and said it was correct only panic disorder but I do not really know the origin of these symptoms is random?
