Has anyone tried magnesium to help with anxiety and panic attacks?
I have a lot of anxiety attacks and a couple of panic attacks. My doctor prescribed Zoloft, but what I do in the meantime, while you are on my system. I read on Magnesium and B6 and B12 … Has anyone tried this? What works for you? Please, I need some advice. Also, I just had a baby four weeks ago. and I'm not nursing.
I have been in medicine for five years, and as I think do, I think it's also a lot of mental stuff. Anxiety is probably one of the worst feelings in the world, I recommend him out of himself for a few seconds, check if the situation really calls for the amount of stress being put yourself through, and relax knowing that will do everything you can and it's the best thing to do. Medications can help, but you must be in the right mind set, try to be strong:).
