Those of you on drugs, is this normal?
Normally, I do not ask questions here because I know people who read them. Then I ask apologies if you read this. But here goes anyway. So I'm back on medication for depression and anxiety. But this Sometimes I find it much more difficult. I mean, I'm having a panic attack the night. In addition, I am faced with a withdrawal from alcohol, which is just not funny at all. I was wondering if I should still feel the symptoms of anxiety and depression of all time, even if I was on the same drug before, and though my dose is greater now? No questions for the bullsh * TIA:) Good:)
I think it's something we need to talk to your doctor. You know what happens to drugs mental health – you must keep the form and go to the doctor until it is right. Just because something has worked for several years or a few months ago, that either, does not mean that you work now. The other thing we have to consider the generic. Is there a generic now, and I took before the real thing, or is a generic brand. Not all generics are equal. There may be other factors in your life that have increased their depression and anxiety. As the additional stressors of work, perfectionism, substance abuse, lack of sleep, food different, the loss of a loved one, job stress, financial stress, which spends more time alone than ever, your social circle is different, do you hang out with toxic people who are not, you are taking other drugs that were not previously had a health problem (analysis receives blood to eliminate thyroid problems, blood sugar or other things that can cause depression medical) … everything is not the same as it was before or drugs might work. Therefore, it is your responsibility to get healthy. Discover what is happening, talk to your doctor, get a trusted advisor (if you have one) and start making healthy relationships in their lives (this is the best means of alleviating depression and anxiety). Good luck!
