What is a panic attack you feel?

I do not know if I feel a panic attack is real. What makes your panic attacks feel? What are the symptoms?

I have anxiety and last summer I got really sick anixety, Panic attacks were something that I lived a week, sometimes even daily. Every time I started to feel stomach ache and get really hot and sweating, then I dizzy and my heart would begin to run until I felt I could not breathe. Sometimes I would even take dry or vomiting. Always scared me the first time I had one, even I thought I would die. always gets panic attacks, but I learned to be detected before they become ill and I am calm.
