What are good ways to relieve stress, while on an airplane?

I'm going to six hours direct flights from vacation Thursday I always get nervous and have panic attacks, while small in the plane. I try to take care of books and my Nintendo DS but it is too much for me. It has always been, even before 9 / 11 and have not had a bad experience on the aircraft. My mom and my brother fighting with me and are in flight and became angry against me when I'm nervous. What are some things I can do to stop the stress? Please help me!

I am the same so … for some reason every time I fly (Travel Air) I think the plane will crash and I'll die. flight as well Short leaves me exhausted from the strain and fear and prolly a lot of adrenaline during the flight. What helped me was to take yoga classes. Now I can meditate and do breathing exercises. before but usually spend the night before my flight so that during the flight, I am too tired and sleepy to worry about my fear.
