I can not sleep! I always see!?
ok, last Tuesday, my friend showed me a video of me creep (you know those stupid this waiting time and a disgusting vile dirty face appears). Now I have a VERY vivid imagination never when I'm in a dark room almost me! recent three nights I had horrible panic attacks, because I think it's there. : (Please help I need to sleep. Ive had this same problem. I kept thinking the monster and can not sleep. I tried that if I see another movie b4 I go to sleep (a kind of looked funny or a comedy) the film gets stuck in the head and the monster comes out of my head to the mean time, when I think of the funny movie I saw. if I remember once, I keep thinking about the movie funny if you have a pet, let him sleep on your side if ur scared
