Is it mainly psychological vertigo?

I have a real problem of balance. I can not climb the stairs if other I walk this fear of falling or being pushed. It's the same staircase climbing in places such as theaters, stadiums, etc. I'm really stressed I can run out.Ironically stairs do not worry, there seems to be a problem with the fear of falling behind. I can not do well escalators and a panic attack if I go to one. I also I have an absolute panic when the ground is slippery or snow. I saw atop a hill and if I know it's going to snow or ice to worry so much about me not being able to walk for that! Ironically, they have achieved in recent years to lower the slope without falling over the frozen ground, so I'm not sure that this fear comes from. What if I fall? many people!
