What can help calm a panic attack really bad?
I have high anxiety, and recently I have been suffering Panic really bad crisis, like that you really think you will die and have trouble breathing, talking and be quiet. The most often is caused the fear to stop breathing … I take medication, but it still does not stop panic attacks. I hate it because it not like I know I'm going to die, would be stupid, but the feelings and symptoms are so strong, I think I am a heart attack! And when it happens in public places, looking at me crazy .. xD Does anyone have some tips to help prevent and help stop the panic attack faster? It makes me crazy! Thank you lot! x0x-Anna
Well, the thing behind any panic attacks is the feeling of imminent death. When only a little more difficult. When I'm with someone generally must breathe and I wish I breathe. My boyfriend gave me the chest in the back and I can feel your breathing and heartbeat. All what he wants with the same calm determination. It is to breathe a lot. You yourself know that your breath quiet breathing. Think of something that makes you happy, something that makes you smile.
