I have chest pain and shortness of breath?

I had chest pains and shortness of breath and out of six months. I saw a cardiologist, gastroenterologist, gynecologist, and an ear, nose and throat. They say that everything is normal and is likely to attack panic. Then I saw a therapist for 13 weeks, as he said it was anxiety. I think I have the anxiety my symptoms because I'm afraid. I do not know what is wrong with me, but I do not think it's normal. I do not know where to turn.

I was diagnosed with costochondritis at first, but then they realized that chronic pain is myofascial (which is very similar to fibromyalgia). You probably have a trigger point (a knot in the muscle) – most likely more if you had this for some time. The trigger is more likely in the pectoral and intercostal and the only way to relieve a trigger point is pressed on it (Use a broad tip marker on the edge sharp – I like fat Sharpie and consider buying a THERACANE – is a great tool for the back!). The external intercostal muscles are responsible the expansion of your ribs when you take a deep breath. It will hurt when you press the trigger point at first and many times they refer pain (you press the trigger point and feel the pain elsewhere). The pain at first, but it should get less and less. You have to work the trigger points (consider seeing a therapist massage myofascial release it – I tried electro-acupuncture, but it was where near as effective as massage therapy) and also to stretch your back, neck and ribs (do a stretch CEP). Remember that anything posted on the back will also be assigned to the front and back. To be a part of the CPE (The extension to the pectoral muscles, sternal and intercostal) are under a door with his arm against the door frame of a position "L" (And keep your biceps to the shoulder and lean forward. You should feel a stretch in the upper chest. To stretch the neck (re: sternocledomastoid and scalene) sitting on a chair, feet flat on the floor and your arms relaxed at her side. Sure as you sit with your feet flat on the floor and back straight, head down, as this may lead to developing trigger points in the back and neck in the scalene (re: neck) and lozenges and trapezoids in the back and elsewhere. You may also have trigger points in muscle sternum (the center the chest). You should consider buying the book Claire Davies called "trigger point therapy book."
