Does anyone have an easy solution to treat panic attacks?
I used to have panic attacks, here and there, especially when I was in a place I felt I could not escape or before a speech. But recently, my panic attacks appeared to become more frequent. I have almost all the symptoms, including nausea, which makes me not want to go anywhere, especially where panic attack occurs last. I'd rather not go against the anti-anxiety medication or see a therapist. Can someone give me solutions to help these panic attacks? Has anyone experienced panic attacks? Would mean a lot for any advice! Thank you.
Anxiety Attacks can be derived from an underlying condition such as panic disorder. Enough sleep, avoid caffeine, fresh air, exercise, daily routine, keep busy. Etc.
