Help! How to make me more anxious … Ideas?

A few weeks ago I had a panic attack symptoms and went to the hospital told me I was good and it never happened before obtaining a Holter monitor to my heart beats (A symptom I experienced was palpitations) Since then, I was in hospital 5 times and my family doctor twice. (It keeps happening for no reason) can not diagnose me until I have the Holter monitor modules, but it could take a few weeks. I am very anxious and have more or less accepted that you can have a panic disorder and anxiety of Health. But since no one has been diagnosed there is still a part of me that thinks' What if you have something "serious, these thoughts are making my life. If I find that my heart is right, we have enough to do on the road to recovery, but what I do before? I can not sleep, eat or function properly. Any advice would be well received. Thank you.
