How to stop a panic attack?

I (I) panic attacks at school. I have headaches, dizziness and sometimes I shake. My heart pounding, as with every breath I take. I always know when a panic attack is because I feel that the room is bright and I get very dizzy and my heart is racing. I have not been to school for a week because I lost consciousness. I'm not the type who usually skips school. In addition, I have no idea what is behind these attacks. There is nothing in school that bother me or hurt me. I love school. Can anyone help?
