You need to relax and not worry about your heart and for worse worst enemy! You get worse if not stopped and I firmly believe that therapy and research even psychology to help you. I’ve never been so bad, but now I learned to relax and not worry about small things. I ‘m much better and so is my blood pressure too. Good luck and good day.

Panic attack can indeed cause pain that seems to be almost entirely in a woman’s left breast, possibly making the muscles on the chest wall also hurt, and sometimes with shooting pains up the neck or into the back. If a doctor or emergency room clears you of any heart condition, then the pain is most likely caused by panic disorder. I am on both a benzodiazepine and an SSRI, and while they keep this sort of thing under control most of the time, they are not perfect and these breast pain attacks break through the medication about every five years. I have never read of a good way to stop the pain. I go to sleep and usually when I wake up several hours later, the pain is gone. But I know for some people it can go on longer.
So what you have is part of panic disorder, assuming you have not had a blow to your breast, which heaven knows will cause some pain for a few days. Conceivably taking a tiny bit more of one of your panic medications will make it ease up, or at least put you to sleep.
