Strange feeling after a panic attack?
A little over a month I was smoking weed in a bathroom with friends after not smoking for a month and I fainted while having a panic attack. The next day I felt perfectly well, the im type of school on Monday 16, I felt dizzy and felt really weird afterwards. Since then, I had several panic attacks. I went the doctor and he told me this weird feeling is normal, but then its been a few weeks I have not seen the doctor or go for the moment. I usually have these panic attacks at night. I also have these big swings in mood, feeling good when I'm bad something done like hockey or video games, so when I start to think and worry about what happened, I began to feel very strange, confused, on the edge, there is really any kind of disconnection. What should I do? In addition, I've half panic attacks more when I was much younger, but they did went. It was as if everything has grown and some were smaller, and felt like that when I close my eyes.

I quit smoking cold turkey almost 4 months ago. I’ve had my ups and downs in that time, but feel like I’ve been making serious progress overall. But, in the last week or so, I’ve been thinking about cigarettes so often and it’s getting harder. I know the nicotine is long out of my body, but I swear I’m having cravings for a cigarette that feel just like nicotine withdrawal. Why is this happening with me?
