Panic attacks or anxiety ..?

This will sound crazy, but I need answers. I could not go with someone a year because I think I'm having a panic attack. I know it's in my head. What are the causes of that era – in January he flew on an airplane they've never had any problems flying before I got really dizzy and my head was spinning. I'm too obsessive-compulsive disorder. I tried medication for anxiety before, but it made me gain weight. I try to find something that does not mean not medicine. Therefore, I have to drive to go places and it sucks because I hate driving lol. Can anyone help? I searched line on this. One site told me to take a set of care plan. and mine is composed of water and gum. Chewing gum to calm the nerves and allows you to water just keep me calmer. Does anyone have any suggestions? hey do not think you 're crazy. You think it's a particular reason why this feeling in the air? There may be a deeper cause, perhaps some things you are not happy or something worries you. Can help you talk with someone. Frankly I have doubts about such drugs. Gum and water might work for you as well. As you said in your head. This does not mean that their anxiety is not real but that means you may be able to cope mentally. Good luck.
