I am having a panic attack associated with obsessive-compulsive thoughts, anyone have anything useful or encouaraging to say?

I know that all technigues and I work on my breathing. My panic attacks have increased in number in recent weeks and I took a couple times this week and Xanax and I do not want it back all the time because they do not become addicted. I also take Zoloft 100 mg per day. I wonder if someone can say something encouraging or useful to happen. I'm SAHM and I have three young children both here with me right now. Thank you.
