Pregnancy and panic attacks – Effects?

I am 10 weeks pregnant and suffering from anxiety. Before my pregnancy, I discovered I had agreed to submit a 24-week course sessions of cognitive behavioral therapy with a qualified professional. My problem know because I am worried about risks to my baby if I have a panic attack.
