Panic attack, when the High?

Hi im 21yo man, me and my friend went to a hemp shop yesterday and bought one gram of tobacco leaves legal smoked both the lot, I started to laugh without reason, followed by two minutes, but after that began to have very bad tension in the center and the center of the chest and upper back, but felt that my heart was beating 150 times per minute delay and jumping, I thought I was sure going to collapse with a heart attack, it lasted about half an hour this morning, I woke up toward the center of my chest still felt a slight pain and I went to my doctor and connected to a heart monitor that came out normal and he said he probably had a panic attack, Is that possible?
