Panic Attacks – What to do?

Living a panic attack for the first time can be very annoying, not only by the experience achieved during the attack, but they tend to be afraid of new attacks. Does anyone know what could help me get what I calm to ten minutes I was sitting there and the next I feel like a panic attack and heart racing and the fight or flight thing and have this need terrible to go to the bathroom and if I feel like I do not want I'll get wet, although I do not think you have something to do with my nerves and Wen also produces my partner touch my legs, I'm afraid I'll wet. This sudden panic and urgency began to go to the bathroom wen my mother was in hospital and unfortunately died 2 months ago I do not understand what I have in my house wen i up the city the film was good, but not in my house, it's like I gotta go and I can not stand still, as I'm concerned. if someone can help please. wat can I do to stop this

hsuld talk with your doctor about this, I used to have bad panic Attac with some really bad effects. citralopram doc put me and that helps.
