Panic attacks – breathing techniques and meditation to overcome panic!

Chest pain / shortness of breath.?

Good morning. Just to give you a little history, I am a wife of 21 years. Recently, I had chest pain almost every day before and aft. They are not so bad that I can not work, but they seem to be the difficulty accompannied breathing. I started Google and stupid and now I have, all worried. Since I turned 21 I drank more alcohol than before. But not to the point where there is a problem, but I found how it is possible that damage to the heart. So when I feel these feelings tend to be nervous and hyperventilation, which sometimes I have to stop the car. Anyway I went to the doctor about it and he got DX with panic attacks and anxiety. Ideas? Has anyone ever had the same problems? And is it possible that damage to the heart of moderate drinking heavily in recent years? Thank you in advance!

Im 33 and drank tons in my past and the present days I had a panic attack!. I knew I would die .. think. My heart was 200, I was not hyperventilating blood on members and I could not breathe. I've even been agoraphobic for weeks, couldnt leave my comfort zone. Im telling you that alcohol causes something and then you become paranoid all the time and the true source of the wide variety of physical symptoms themselves. I bet that the worst case in a hangover because you get paranoid. It is necessary to stop drinking and possibly restore confidence. Im 33 and helped me .. did not in fact can only make it easier. There are medications you can take all day to work very well. First all I want to stop drinking before taking the drug. I know it's hard, but you have to do and start taking care of you.
