Having a panic attack about getting a blood clot, please help?
I have panic attacks when I feel pain or something that does not my body. I am a healthy 19-year-old primigravida otherwise. Right now I'm panicking because I'm afraid that I will drop dead suddenly from a blood clot or arterial embolism Pulminory because my legs were feeling painful, very hard (muscle cramps, I guess) and be a little beaten. I can not think of any reason I have not been injured in any way. So my question is, who do not surgery, is not obese, pregnant women or elderly people (I read these few groups more likely) I will soon have a blood clot or am having a panic attack in this case, if I know I will not die of a blood clot I'll be okay because I know how to deal with panic attacks when I think it's only a panic attack and nothing more.
