Have you stopped taking Effexor and experience to the long list of side effects feared?

Three days ago I stopped taking Effexor, then reduce the dose gradually over the last two months of 300 mg to 37.5 mg. I took 150 mg of venlafaxine for about 7 years and have been afraid to go outside of this drug as suggested by the doctor, after a year of debate, even if they nothing for me. I suffer from the long list of side effects. I seemed ridiculous that the complete change in my character in just 24 hours. I went to normal experience panic attacks, amazing and scary wildest dreams, nausia, irritability, dizziness, numbness in the hands, pins and needles, and break the vacuum. Does anyone know how long can it last? Can you give me some tips to deal with these feelings? It's incredibly scary ..

He had all the same side effects as you, but my doctor put me otherwise would not be so bad. Will probably last a few weeks, it took me years to get them because I could not cope with side effects. Good luck.
