The first panic attack and how to control anxiety
I read a Q & A doctor recently when I been touched by the experience of a man he said he will never forget their first panic attack. This guy is obviously very capable and most often a personality happy birthday.
He said he was working on a new job and everything was normal. It was as usual was in his automobile assembly line, when he began to feel chest tightness and difficulty breathing. Am having a heart attack? He thought that the symptoms and became safe to ride, and convinced he was.
He was off work and went to the local emergency room, where he conducted extensive tests on his heart. They fired the next day without finding any evidence, and two weeks after received his amazement after the notification that there was absolutely no evidence of having suffered a heart problem at all.
It expressed surprise that fear so intense had wrapped. These strange feelings that I had ever known are not quite what I expected of a heart attack, and therefore did not admit to his colleagues his concerns. Wanting more than anything else to escape the work, which had left the factory and went to the hospital. Of course, he was surprised when the doctors found nothing wrong. A few months later, her doctor concluded that she felt panic attacks, when another took place.
Panic attacks (except in rare cases there may be biological and physiological reason) makes it a pure product of mind, an imagination of a perceived threat or danger. In fact, the perceived danger does not exist. Nobody never died and anxiety attack, and no time. This is not only a definition, but the reality of it.
The psyche has evolved so that the stress and anxiety are part of our makeup, and what makes us human. These are defense mechanisms that have evolved to help us cope with difficult situations. When everyday stress and worries and inevitability of life accumulate, however, can bring anxiety and possibly panic attacks.
I mean the tension occurs in situations where we feel or hope that some types of danger can happen to us, either emotionally or physically. Stress what is important is the stress that won t stop 'minds and often without knowing it and not made, it accumulates over time. They are those who tend to worry too much, people who have suffered the death of a wanted, or perhaps had only changes in life that are most at risk. About the Author

Im not sure if it's a panic attack, but my mother says they are in school if I get a room is more crowded and noisy, get it in my sleep, and it hurts me emotionally inside I do not know how to deal with them, I am only 13 years, my life is marked with ADHD, autism and depression. it too hard to manage, I cry all the time, teachers are always wonder what is wrong but it I have only to say nothing and wait until it goes … I had a terrible night and it was if I asked a question about this, I do not know if it was a panic attack or something else please help me each night that passes not …
Hun, you should consult a doctor. I had a panic disorder for many years. It would be wrong without medication. You can need medication as well. Talk to your mother about it, or show that response. If you have been diagnosed with ADHD, autism and depression, should be under the care of a doctor anyway. You need medical help, not get help can seriously affect their Notes and social life.
