new panic attacks …?

I had some probs with my past. I was a little unfortunate in the things that have happened to me as a child. Things that I went past. I know that what happened was beyond my control and there was nothing to do about that. So do not let them control me now. There is nothing I can do to change it. So how do I enter what has happened in my past for solving these panic attacks I had in my present and to avoid exacerbating the future? I really want be on drugs because something happens in my subconscious.
