Panic or anxiety? Or hypoglycemia?
Iv been told by doctors that have a very high rate anxiety and I have a homeopathic treatment for works brilliantly when I panic. But sometimes I'll have a nice day and then blue on one side of my body feels very heavy and I feel incredibly weak and not with him at all. I ususally end up in bed to sleep an hour or two just for help, but this is not good. I am anemic, but can not take iron pills, because the cause of my anxiety to increase. I eat, drink or smoke DONT (I'm 19) and it is difficult to excercise without feeling it. I do not think this is the panic attacks that worries me another thing, hypoglycemia? I know that when im feeling low I need a little sugar and then feel well, but burst random signs arent good. I refuse to undergo a blood test for the way you have a phobia of needles stupid which means that if I see one … HELP ?!?!? I feel like disasters and my doctor just sighs and Tuts to me …
I have some information about hypoglycemia, which may help (this is could not exactly answer your question, but I hope it is helpful regarding hypoglycemia): 1. If you take a test glucose tolerance (GTT), and stress in a 6-TWG is no time to 5 hours GTT. Many people may show normal results to the time the 6th, so a test of 5 hours is not long enough. The medical staff can not know this, because hypoglycemia is not universally understood by the medical community. 2. Remember that sugar in all its forms and all types of processed white flour are deadly to hypoglycemic! 3. I also saw information on research indicating that (B7 biotin), a water-soluble vitamins B complex, can instantly stabilize sugar in the blood and effectively remove the cravings for sweets, alcohol and carbohydrates. There seems to be no side effects from taking B7.This could help many during the feeding phase of a new system where you can experience severe withdrawal symptoms. 4. A glass of water with a pinch salt can provide relief more headache that over-the-counter analgesics. I would like to include a link to my source for this information (which also a 67-Q for aa help determine if you have hypoglycemia), but not disclosing the links in my answers. Most links I have, then they possess valuable experience in your area, selling a book or something to help people whatsoever. My goal for my answers is to sell something, but to help some if I can.
