I woke in a panic attack / night terrors?

Last night I woke up at midnight after an hour sleep in a panic. I had this horrible feeling I was going to die or was or had done something really bad. I could not put the finger on what it is exactly what I was so scared about. I woke up my girlfriend because I was very scared and I was panic. She could not understand what was wrong because, obviously, it was all in my head. I trembled at the fourth control cold sweat had the most terrible. The panic continued for 30 minutes unbearable.
