high level of anxiety panic attacks / smoking weed /?
well I recently started use marijuana a month ago. and I love it. I had been smoking regularly (initially every two days. Then only weekends and some weekdays), but at the same time (just before), I developed very bad anxiety. Well, my point of view, the other Tonight I had a friend with Bong and I was super paranoid. I basically spent a horrible night, and I or my first panic attack, or simply … a strange experience that I had all the symptoms of a panic attack, but I'm not sure if it was my anxiety of origin or if it was just the weed that has made possible. Before that, Ive had a couple minor anxiety attacks, but nothing on this scale. anyway I think I need to get rid of some of my anxiety before smoking again so it does not happen again that there are good ways to help cure anxiety?
