25 years, athletic .. High Blood Pressure?

I sent a question earlier today .. last night when I relax by watching TV had a bad thought, and suddenly my heart started beating faster than ever, and I thought I had a heart attack. Most people seem to think that I had a panic attack, but never something like this happen to me. For the moment or the most frightening experience of my life. So now I checked my blood pressure. It's been 1-2 years since my blood pressure, but in the past and has never been a growth exceeding 120/80. Well Well, today after using the machine from my father, says 136/90. I'm surprised. I did not eat very well think that, but everyone still calls me skinny. Do I need immediate medical attention?
