Yes, definitely ……… If you read my last post, I talked about how that one day something strange, I was driving home from my parents and for some reason the idea of driving my panic ….. The next thing I knew I was hyperventilating …. bawling and shaking and I felt that I was going to be sick …… to this day I still do not know why I'm scared? But I called my mother and had to meet with my father, if one of them could take home. Even after he was came home, I continued to scream and hyperventilate ….. and damn I was crying and shaking my best of my nerves and man I never wake up like a ton of bricks sh! t houses !!!!!! This is all the energy that your body is going through, as if a murderer is chasing you on the road and the operation of his life …….. Run Run You Run RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN, but the next day …… oh you feel good! It's like a huge mental work (in a take a little less healthy) a hot bath and relax …… eating fruits and vegetables and doing something that is "relaxing" ie go to a spa, swimming, living in a warm bath ….. something that will calm the muscles …. Good luck!
