Just wondering

I been in two … emergency room for both and wouldnt …. I suggest to take the medicines they give u. .. I want to suggest how most natural to feel better … There are pills Herbal Help U calm and Suger and water (during a mild attack) works wonderfully. I also found that day to have planned and UR keeping ur self busy with other things or stressful life happier and spend a day for U and your beloved …. and on the question ur not really sure what ur trying to break me.
