My cousin is in the Reserves Marine Corps and was diagnosed suffering from social anxiety disorder, it will be released?

He went to a psychiatrist two days ago and was diagnosed as suffering from social anxiety disorder and was prescribed Xanax. I do not think it has notified the moment, but what are the chances of it is released?
