Panic or anxiety attacks?

Well, Im 16 and I get chest pains just below my heart for some quiet time. When I was 9 years I just hold my breath and wait a second, but now do much worse. Today, during one of my classes me account and could not breathe deeply or even laugh. It lasted about 15 or 20 I minutes. I also had this problem yesterday, in the football when we were underway. Am a girl usually busy and do a lot. I'm 5'9 "and weighs very little, less 100 pounds. I do not have eating disorders or something like that. I am a healthy person, but I still do not understand why I get these pains in the chest by a long period. I'm not really stressed, however. Then ask that IM is, do you think it is anxiety or panic?     hi im hanie and i have been suffering from pannic attacks for 3 must almost im a senior and i have been woorring about grad and my mom has gotten really sick lately, so all those stress has came up, also i have been having a fear of death, i would think im dieing and it has ruined my life , does anyone have any sugesstions for me
