My reduce panic attacks if I start taking Zoloft and drinking less alcohol?

I have bipolar and I take drugs for that. But he started having panic attacks 3 years ago. I drink a considerable quantity of alcohol as self-medication. I can not drive at present and can not even go for a ride in my account. The only time I let someone else. Does someone known if Zoloft is effective. Please help because I want to be free and independent again.

You're supposed to Avoid alcohol while taking antidepressants. I do not take Zoloft, but I'm currently on Lexapro. It reduced my anxiety and I feel much better. Tell your doctor.
