one thing that really helped me is yoga. enroll in a class if you can afford – there are probably many summer sessions just start. I learned some simple breathing techniques that help me sleep without having time to stay awake and I'm in the car on the path of almost all social situations. Nothing clears my head and helps me feel in control of the same! Good luck!
