I have GAD (generalized anxiety disorder)?
Well, I'm pretty sure I have GAD because I am one worried too, and nothing really my concern. Sometimes it makes me so sad, I want to do horrible things to myself …. So I told my parents. My father was like "Ok …." but my mother told me: "We're all like that sometimes. You are like that because it is the week when everyone goes back to work / school …. but I'll take you to the doctor … "I have been for 6 months! I am grateful that I am going to the doctor, but my mother thinks I am and I'm not exaggerating! Should I leave the doctor to try? (What I discovered when I read a brochure and showed all the symptoms you describe for GAD, I think it is also the cause of my suicidal urges).
Do not worry what others think. It is important to improve. I'm glad your mom will take the DR, especially if you have any thoughts suicidal, and not all are so. Yes, everyone experiences anxiety and depression from time to time. This is normal, but not normal when night life and controls. Is not normal when it is suicidal.
