It is an anxiety disorder?!?
Well if the official definition of mental disorder are abnormal thinking that interference with daily life. an anxiety disorder is a category of mental disorders. since I was young, I was a "distress" I bite my nails and often wakes up overnight. More recently, this year i worry for no reason, and go to school just to get a job because I am afraid of being late but I used to be. track before the races, if I get sick and nervous about starting to affect my career. so these things and some other senerios some effect my daily life. my friends often tell me to I worry all the time and how I must be on time and if I start to think that reality not normal … I know this is probably stupid, but I just want your opinion Thankyouu
He is not stupid. You should try to find some indication of the cut in the bud, which is obviously affecting you. It does not bother me if it's officially a mental disorder or not – counseling not only for the mentally ill.
