How can self-healing of severe anxiety disorder / attacks?

I know what triggers my anxiety attacks, sound when I hear a noise I do not know and I imagine that sound coming from inside me .. normally a sound beating, and I'm concentrating noise that makes me forget to breathe, which then gives me the feeling of letting my heart. and if I know I can not help but still feel overwhelmed. I have a feeling of imminent death "very badly .. I feel I'll be drawn into the world .. The worst feeling I have ever felt. When in reality (which almost hope) its just my anxiety. This happens 3 or 4 times a day and all concerns "free" time I spend is worry about it happening again. It took me completely out of my own life. Anyone please help?
