I’ve only had a moderate amount of success using medication to control my panic attacks. Therapy was a much bigger help. And, as you say, “Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway®” helped tremendously. Especially after I read the book by Susan Jeffers. Still, its a long road, but one I really want to take.
