Hello, my roommate and depression for the past two weeks shes been under stress … and number of panic attacks has increased shes with 2-3 per day. 'm getting scared and most of them are followed by a severe migraine the next day. shes from Catscan this weekend, but meanwhile, how can I calm down if you have an attack? and what could be wrong with it that lead to these diseases?
