I need help with depression. Any advice is appreciated?

Hello, I have chronic depression and GAD. These last time was so bad I'm alone in my room and cry, and do not eat. I damaged car last week, but I'm sure that now, because my parents put everything away. I have an appointment councling Thursday. Anyone have any suggestions I can do to help manage until then? Any advice appreciated! Thank you
