Nervous anxiety or unease because, really sick?

Whenever I get nervous, or even a little exciting even, or worked at all, I am soooo sick to my stomach. So disgusting twists, but rather me throw this chronic diarrhea (EW gross I know). And it really chronic, you know, as I am that it is a hundred times. But its ridiculous. for nothing, not even thinking about something thats already happened. Someone knows how to stop this horrible reaction to any more excitement? What makes it very difficult to try to do (I am a musician). Not only anxiety problems crazy? I do not know if I should try or real symptoms? Tah

Yes, you can become very sick. your system overloaded nervous. It is a real disease, not only of their own .. Please see psychatrist .. discuss in detail and you can obtain drugs and psychotherapy to help you learn how to control the physical and emotional reactions that cause. .
