How to deal with anxiety problems

Everyone has anxiety … but some of us can get to be us with more intensity, occur more easily and more often and can become more powerful and cause problems with things like persistent fear and disturbing, obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors, phobias, panic and depression.

Given a certain set of events, conditions and circumstances of each person on the planet can become permanent apprehension, anxious always to some extent, given that these problems reflect how they work together as human beings.
These situations are often mean stress, danger and self-doubt … doubt our ability to cope and our security.

* Diseases
* Mental Illness

* Caused by our genes

Anxiety and panic are there to protect us. If such protection does not work – great anxiety and nervousness, fears, chronic worrying, phobias and obsessions and compulsions or more severe depression may develop.
All these problems reflect of our self inside the tent to protect – to protect us because of what we feel ourselves … Once we understand this, there is no real cure.

How can I control my chronic anxiety?

Anxiety is horrible and I suffer terribly with it too, so I know what you are going through. The truth is that you do not be and will not last forever. Anxiety is like a ladder – when it reaches its peak, it is natural to reverse. Maybe you must go out and experience a panic attack and wait until it ends. You will notice nothing really terrible has happened, except the fact that so desperately need this panic attack, and perhaps shame and all those other things. If you can feel they can manage panic attack, then do it, and then you realize that, once reached its peak, it was reduced again. Panic attacks do not last for hours – usually in minutes.
